*triggios 배열의 단일 I/O 트리거 이벤트 정의. 대상 출력 신호, 경로상 트리거 위치, 설정 값 지정. 여러 IOEvent를 TriggIOs 컴포넌트에 묶어 triggios 데이터 구성.
